    I would wrap tightly in saran wrap-no air bubbles. Refrigerate a couple of days in the coldest place in fridge or freeze after over wrapping in paper and foil.

    I had the same thing happen (doughy tasting and texture) and I realized I forgot to let them rise for 25 min before baking. Do you think you did that too?

    oh my goodness gracious! Those cinnamon rolls were so goood! I sprinkled white sugar, a little brown sugar and a lot of cinnamon along with some chopped pecans on the rolled out dough and used the dental floss to cut it and baked it about 30 min's I frosted them with icing I made with 10x sugar...
