Rules have not changed but it would be nice to take the people off the list that took care of their swaps.

I cannot change the post any longer so I have made announcements here and on the chat thread that we have some people who have cleared their swaps and are able to swap again. We can start a new thread and start over then will be able to change the rules and the hall of shame.

We voted a few months ago on increasing the number of swaps, time limits, and making a few other changes or making no changes. Most people voted not to change anything. We may revisit this again at the end of the year. Remember if you want a swap claim it otherwise it is still on the table...
