My neighbor brought over popcorn today for the chickens and hung out for a while. She said she researched it and it's on the safe list. Well, they went crazy for it. I had no idea. I put her son to work helping fill the feeders. After all, one of those chickens is his. Her name is Texas.

They were supposed to get the watermelon but son tossed it into the field instead, had black mold growing on one side. :(

Grapes! They kept stealing them from the little rooster. He was getting so mad. Maybe he will learn something from them.

I'm going to try craisins today. They got letttuce and cucumbers last night.

The smallest bantam was running around with an apple in her beak like, na na na na na naaa. The full size one sat on her. Ended that game.

the 3 weekers got apple slices for the first time omygosh the chaos! The bigger ones got apples and a head of lettuce.
