    Just so you know, the Wax Seal is not recommended as safe practice. We did have a few jars that would get mold on the edges - if it was just a spot of mold, we just spooned out the moldy stuff and ate the rest, lol. Waste not, want not. None of us ever got sick from eating homemade jam.

    I looked up a site and it is wide mouth pint jars, Pressure canned at 10 lbs for 60 minutes. The solids may separate out somewhat, but you can turn the jars to mix it all back together as they cool.

    That recipe is a lot like the recipe I use for potato pancakes. Minus the Parmesan cheese and subbing in the zucchini for grated potatoes. I will have to give it a try. Sounds like a little ranch dressing to dip into, or some garlic aioli drizzled over the top would be a nice touch also.
