My Worse Predator - MAN and WOMAN

Yes the man hunt continues... I am home in Buena Park now so I am safe :) Neldas? I wonder if it's still there... I use to eat there with my Dad. They are rebuilding Dam Corners, my favorite place to eat is Ewings (?) on the river. Ewings is expensive but I find they have the best fish and chips appetizer for $6.99... I am a fisherman so I know my fish!

Nelda's is still there. We've eaten at the Dam Corner meany times. I'm glad they're rebuilding. My husband has fished Isabella for years & we all trout fish up above Kernville. The lake is soooo low, it's terrible.

It is sad that the lake is so low but if you look at it.... it's still a big lake. But I know what you mean... all the bass are concentrated by the dam... Bass fishers are having a great time. My husband and I fish the Kern River... it's funny cuz I get bored, cast my line leave it - pick up trash... he works every little pocket... and I'm the one that gets bit! ha ha ha! I told him it's Mother Nature thanking me for cleaning up. I can't go up to the cabin by myself because of the manhunt. I hope they catch that guy up there... funny thing is that they don't say anything in the news.

Mikeychick here's what I was face to face with last weekend
400

There was four homeless living in the cave behind my place in Isabella... I called my CHP, that stays at my place, he called the Sheriff and within 10 min they got the boot... I hate being the heavy but I fear for my birds.

When I ride my horses down on the Kern River, I run into the same situation. At least I'm on my horse & can get away. (As long as I don't fall off!). They all have mean digs, too. Lots of drug use.

The homeless are a little scary when u r face to face but I usually show them my side arm, take their picture and say I'm sending it to the authorities and they should leave. I have had it, I'm not gonna let them ruin anymore of my days. I pick up trash on the Kern and know how isolated it is, be careful.
