Keep your animals in secure runs if you can. Find someone to shoot the coyotes since they are biting your dogs.

I agree! It shouldn't be too difficult to find a trapper or hunter who will to take care of them

If you can keep your dogs in a separate fence turn some donkeys loose .Problem solved
