They're colouring pencils, they're very waxy. Great for blending. Are they graphite, charcoal, or....?

Hey, I don't know how old you are but I'm sure you're very good for your ageI couldn't help but notice you're drawing on writing paper, and are most likely using a writing pencil too (HB). Using these materials can really hold you back. I suggest buying a medium/rough paper sketchbook and a pack of drawing pencils. Softer pencils work best on rougher paper and they're also much easier to sketch with. B-B6 would be a good set to get, but you could also just buy a single pencil. These things don't have to be expensive so don't worry about that. If you have any questions about what I just said please ask.
Great, good luckthanks for that I am actually really young i will ask my parents to by me one a scetchbook this weekend and the right pencils too
