Anyone tried breeding there own meat bird crosses?

I haven't personally, but I have talked to a lot of other people on this forum who have. If you use Cornish x then you have to raise them a special way so that they don't grow too fast or they will be unable to breed and likely die young. However, when done right you can raise some really good meat birds.
