It is best to wait. I wanted to check them mostly because they are Store eggs. I would check shipped early too because I do not like seeping eggs.
I'll check the shipped eggs tonight. Bout ready to leave for work to support my chicken addiction

My Brinsea started running a little low a couple of years ago. It was already out of warranty, but I called the company. You can reset to factory specs by unplugging the unit, then hold down all three buttons (+, -, OK) while you plug it back in. Continue to hold the buttons down until the display shows "Resetting to Factory" (or something like that). I do this every few hatches just to make sure. I'm glad you got some to hatch. Were any of them Isbars?
Isbars are wonderful chickens! They are very friendly, though not cuddly, and I find them the easiest of the breeds I have owned to integrate new members into existing flocks. They are quite productive for a rare breed. Even though they are relatively small and feed efficient, they large lots of large to extra-large green eggs. They held up very well here during the last 2 winters which have had some very nasty cold spells, although you can see my cock lost the points of his comb last year. The boys do have large combs. If you want the ones with dark eyes, look for someone who has 1st import stock.
I'm so sorry!
Congratulations!
My pigeons are doing pretty well sitting on their egg for first time parents, but it's mostly the male who is sitting, the female needs to learn to stay on the nest
She's adorable!Thank you SO MUCH!
I unplugged it from the wall and the reset didn't work, but then I unplugged it from the unit and it reset after I pushed all the buttons, etc. AND checks out with the spot check!!!!!It's back!
Yes, sadly these were 1st import Isbar eggs shipped from Oregon. They looked so good. The post office didn't mess them up...and then this. The one chick that hatched from that group had wry neck and looked awful, but I did what I learned from YOU and gave it vitamins with a syringe. This is a picture of it (hopefully she) now. Thanks KYTinpusher! You ROCK!
Candled this morning! Day 12 for duck eggs all 9 veining and movement! But for the 13 chicken eggs looks like I'll be throwing out 10 if nothing develops in the next 5 days. Pretty bummed about that I was hoping more chickens would develop.
