It's best to get her drinking well, but if you believe that worms are responsible for her worsening condition, I would go ahead and worm her with Valbazen 1/2 ml orally, or SafeGuard Liq. Goat Wormer 1/4 ml per pound for 5 straight days. That gets most of the really hard to treat worms.
