I want to start off by saying when we were recently building my dream coop I spent hours on this forum looking up ideas. After doing my research I decided we needed a poop board under our roosts, something we didn't have for our small ladder-style in the old coop. Today will make a week since the girls have moved in, and that board is the best thing since sliced bread! I covered it with a mix of sand and zeolite, bought a big metal cat box scoop, and I can just go to town, getting it clean in virtually no time. Thanks to everyone who provided pics of their own set ups, and if you are a bit skeptical don't be!
