3 out of my 16 remaining eggs have piped! They aren't due till tomorrow (July 1st) so they are a tiny bit early but so far so good! Fingers crossed that everything works out and we have a bunch of tiny chicklets running around in a day or so!
Quite normal for them to pip on day 20 in preparation to hatch on day 21. They can be pipped for 24 hours while they absorb the yolk and blood vessels so yours are sounding right on track.
Good luck, Looking forward to seeing some cute little fluff balls soon
I have 2 so far! One was born at 12:06 am(EST) on day 21 and the other just a few mins ago at 2:46 am (EST)! They are Blue Andalusian and the first born is yellow so I'm assuming it should be a speckled and the 2nd is gray so assuming again that it will be a blue! I'll post pictures in the morning when they are dried but for now I did get this great video of the first hatching! I edited it to go faster but the whole zipping happening it almost exactly 10 mins!
