I only deal with the bantams but I have seen a few on Cochins International that have the cushion. From what I have seen it must be really hard to get it right on the standards

To anyone interested, I now have black cochin bantam hatching eggs available for sell!

These eggs are from our healthy and very pampered flock of black cochin bantams.

These eggs are $15 for 6 well packaged hatching eggs or $25 for a dozen eggs. Price includes shipping.

We have excellent hatch rates from our eggs, but can't guarantee your hatch rate after shipping.

Photos of our bantam black cochin flock are available at ozarkbantams.com

I accept PayPal at forestman54@yahoo.com.  You can email, pm, or simply respond here if interested.

(I will also consider trades. Let me know what you've got for trade. I'm looking for white cochin bantam eggs, call duck eggs and black east indies eggs.)

Here's one of our white cochin bantam cockerels hatched end of May this year. We had 3 cockerels and 6 pullets of the nine hatched!

Here's our boy: a standard partridge cochin named Fred Fry (don't ask, I'm not quite sure I understand it myself. DH's idea)

We wanted a nice, laid back rooster that wouldn't terrorize our daughter and we got one. Just struts around and crows once in awhile. A place I used to board at had a big blue cochin rooster and my husband became so enamored of him that he wants to breed cochins.

Anyone know where we can get some nice standard partridge hens to add to his harem?
