There are programs that will allow you a tax write-off if you parcel a section of your land for wildlife purposes. Maybe the membership fee could be a tax-deduction? I'd look into it more if I were you, because as others have said usually it's the other way around and they are paying you (because they get grant money for the purpose) to "improve" your land for wildlife.
