Looking to find hatching eggs or chicks of Ameraucana’s. (Wheaton and/or BBS) or Cream Legbar and SFH. Anyone in FL have these ? Let me know.
 
Tallahassee: Purebred Silver Appleyard ducklings available. Born to an organic, non-GMO, pastured flock.

$12 each. We also have a few older ones left, 6-7 weeks old, $20 each. And lots of barnyard mix chicks ($4) and organic feed available per usual.

Has anyone in northern FLorida been able to find a vet who will use hormone implant or deslorin on a hen? Other cities in FLorida would be helpful. Did you have to see an exotic or avian vet?
 
(Ocala) Looking for a good home for 2 of my sweetie half English Orpington half Ameraucana hens. They are 1 year old and lay light green eggs. Big floofy girls. Black feathers, split to mottled gene.
They are gentle and can be picked on easily so I want them to find a coop with only other mild breeds, if any. Can be broody, but lay 5-6 eggs / wk when in gear.
We need the space for growing out the next generation, but I'm planning to hold on to them until a really good home comes along.

Also have a mottled cockerel available (F2 of the same mix). He's 2 months older now than in this pic (sorry it's not a good shot).

Hi SourRoses,

We are in W Ocala and are interested in your two hens and cockerel. We are in the process of building our coop. We expect to have it ready at the end of next week. We have raised chickens before in another state and are building out in Florida. Please message me if these are still available.
