If you have sent in your application you can sell even if you have not yet received your card. If you get checked, which I highly doupt, just inform them that you have sent in your application and should get it very soon.

The only time I heard off a Vet showing up to check was when NCPoultry2 first did a swap/sale at the TSC in Statesville. The man orginizing called the State Vet several times to make sure it was legal to have the sale. The Vet that showed up passed out applications for anyone that did not have a green card. He said the ones that didn't have the card could sell there but to try and get the applications sent in within the following couple weeks. He even bought some chicks for his own flock.

I didn't want to offend anyone by bringing birds w/o my card. I e-mailed it on Monday at lunch. I tried to fax it but the fax line never picked up. So, when I called the man gave me his email address and I sent it in that way.there is one day left, maybe it will come tomorrow. I plan to be there either way. Was hoping to unload some silkies

So, it's all your dang fault!!! When Allison walked out with Henry I just thought she was holding it for someone............ Now we have Henry (the winning roo), Sheba (thank-you Sandy), Cupcake (thank-you Sheba and donor unknown), Cottonball (Henry and Sheba) and 2 black hens - unnamed as yet.

12 Silkie eggs in lockdown, 12 in the incubator, and another 12 which arrived today - all silkies............ I think we are addicted!!!

Hey, you all put the ticket in there! LOL I just helped Allison get him out of the cage. She was so excited that you all had won something! And now tomorrow you can do it all again!

OMG, Matt. you have got to be kidding! Debra and I were stressed beyond belief. We didn't want to come up there illegally to sell birds.
