Muscovy club?

Does a club have to be centrally located? Meaning, can members of the club be from all over? I would be very interested in a Muscovy club, especially one where the focus is education about the breed including proper care and uses (eggs, pest control, meat, pets), and at least provided information on showing, breeding, etc. I do not know what the duties of a clubmember would be, but I do have free time and would be interested in being a part of something like this!

I have a growing flock in Central Oregon and love these ducks!

Also, looking for some 'scovie hens of almost any age if anyone happens to know of any for sale in the Pacific Northwest! (not to get off topic)
It doesn't have to be centrally located. There's plenty of various animal clubs that don't have a specific area they work out of. Though many of those clubs hold annual meetings in a
specific area sometimes. I do agree a club focused on the education of the breed in various aspects would be nice.

I imagine we could theoretically hold regional (Southwest, Northeast, etc.) meetings . . . but it would be easier to have a local club.
