BYC Café

Sour, you are such a sweetie! I hope the Princess feels better soon.
Morning All! DS$ had wrestling practice at 7 and so I am late getting on here. We had -2 F last night, NFC, but it is warming up and sunny.
Glad everyone is hanging in there and staying dry and warm! There is more coffee and another log on the fire.

Margie someone should give you a medal for getting out at 7am when it's so cold!

Thanks for the coffee. I think I'm going to need 2 cups, one for each foot to warm up in. It's 15* now but the wind is now blowing so it feels like -1*.

Thanks for the coffee, Shadrach, I'll pass on the jerky.
Just brewed a fresh pot, having blueberry pancakes, bacon and scrambled eggs, sourdough biscuits, help yourselves.

Everyone make it a great day! :celebrate

That sounds delicious, Sean! I think I will take some of everything. :D minus the coffee.

Morning been up awhile Microwave bit the dust this morning.. Admit it has survived 4 years for us contains the oven vent was looking Sears use to be BF's go to for appliances
Amazon seams to have the best bang for the buck
Someone else mentioned losing a microwave a couple days ago. Don't remember who, maybe Bruce.
Heard last night that our local Sears store is closing in a few months. Sad to see all the old names going belly up. Personally I prefer shopping in a store rather than online.

I needed something to warm up with after coming back inside. Anyone want a cup of coffee and some fresh made cookies?

I prefer store shopping to, preferably not a supermarket. I do get stuff online occasionally but this is because the stores here just don't have what I'm after.
The other problem of course is price. I don't mind supporting local stores but in general I find this is restricted to food shopping and some hardware items.
