You’re more than welcome too!! And yeah, I don’t get people that have more than enough money but only care about themselves. A lot of them treat minimum wage workers like $&”/ too like they’re better than them or something. Tbh Id rather be friends with the worker.

Anyway, I don’t think we have anything like that here but every so often I go through and clean the cabinets out and donate stuff. Only stuff that’s still good of course. The expired stuff I just toss. But we’ve donated a lot and I’ve even given someone a huge storage tote filled with food too and bought that person groceries at the dollar tree (where they wanted to go) and given tons of rides and stuff. This person is now an ex friend though as they were really rude to me and kept taking advantage even after everything I did for them. But anyway, I always try to help people and we’ve given multiple people eggs, rides, money, groceries, whatever. We try to donate clothes too. And we don’t even have tons of money either and I use all my own money too to help people out and never even get paid back usually but I don’t care, yet rich people with more than enough money still can’t even donate even just some canned goods.
That's why they're rich people.;)

I knew two people that quit cold turkey. My father quit when he was a young father of 3 and his lung collapsed. My brother in law quit after he had a mild heart attack.

I know you can give it up IM you are a very special person:hugs

Thank you DD :hugs

I'll tell ya, it has certainly put more money at my disposal. You don't realize how much you spend until you don't. Shocker!

Hi all :frow

Went to the doc yesterday for migraines. I've been using a tracker for about a year and shared the data. We decided on a daily maintenance drug to try to prevent them since they're becoming more frequent. My blood pressure med was cut in half though since I quit smoking :yesss:

I sure hope this stuff works. I took it last night and woke today without even an inkling of a headache, and no getting up in the middle of the night to take something. Yay!!

Have a great day everyone :frow
Good for you on quitting smoking!!!

That is wonderful news, IM! Congratulations on quitting smoking, too. That's not easy from what I hear.

This many times over ! @igorsMistress - I have a somewhat addictive personality :lau. I quit drinking - not easy, but I don't miss that. I was also a user of leaf/chewing tobacco - sort of like mainlining nicotine. I also quit that - hardest thing I have ever done, and I still miss it - not going back. I applaud you as I know how difficult it is, but am evidence that it can be accomplished.

Mornin', y'all!:frow

Sad news today, my rabbit gave birth recently and she gave birth on the wire instead of the nest box and we had a cold snap. All kits are dead. She had 7. I’ll try again in a week or too.

Sorry about your loss. Maybe you can understand why I say that anyone who believes in the saying "breeds like rabbits" has never tried it.

Advice (wanted or otherwise) from a longtime rabbit breeder: rebreed now. A doe hits a hormonal peak and is at her most fertile immediately after kindling. Even difficult breeders usually accept the buck readily and conceive the largest litters they are capable of producing when bred at this time. If you wait a week, she will be past the peak, and the post-kindling advantage will be lost.
