Oh dear, I've been doing it all wrong.
Then you're probably fine. I usually always add coconut oil before I saute veggies or anything. I usually cook in my pressure cooker though because it can saute and everything else.Oh dear, I've been doing it all wrong.
I'll try as suggested in the article. The problem for me is I don't cook much with the kind of fats recommended. Also I cook a lot of tomatoes.

You can use any oil it is just that some will make a better coating. Flax oil make a week coating but can work at a lower temperature.Oh dear, I've been doing it all wrong.

I use an almond butter made by country crock too. It's made of almonds oil and some other things. So far I really like it.You can use any oil it is just that some will make a better coating. Flax oil make a week coating but can work at a lower temperature.

They have one that's made with avocados too. I'm not much of a bitter fan, but when it's made from almonds or avocados I don't mind.I will see if I can find that one
