Oh dear, I've been doing it all wrong.:oops:
I'll try as suggested in the article. The problem for me is I don't cook much with the kind of fats recommended. Also I cook a lot of tomatoes.

Then you're probably fine. I usually always add coconut oil before I saute veggies or anything. I usually cook in my pressure cooker though because it can saute and everything else.

You can use any oil it is just that some will make a better coating. Flax oil make a week coating but can work at a lower temperature.

I use mostly avocado oil
