Fingers crossed for you!! I got so lucky too, because one egg was rotten and cracked open and nothing had oozed out yet and it didn't explode. SUPER disgusting though.

Lock down tonight! on the bator and the broody gets moved to a mite free coop(hopefully) for the hatch.

Trying to figure out what aggs are going in what divider, for Id purposes. Think I will have a bunch of black chicks. . .maybe.

Lockdown for ducks is complete! Saw some internal pips already! 20/22 made it to lockdown. I will do lockdown for the chicks later tonight but I did go ahead and candle them, 19/23 making it to lockdown. Good luck with all of your hatches! Can’t wait to see them!

I am a bit worried.

Only 3 fertile eggs... I hate having to raise lone chicks! Even if all 3 hatch... that will give me a single bantam... who wants to integrate a single chick into the bantam coop? Not me!

at least 2 hatch just fine!!

I already have a stockpile of eggs to put in the incubator as soon as this set hatches.

So... Lockdown from 40 i leave 20 and 10 looks good other 10 am yeah Maybe,Maybe not.. eggs were shipped from far away so its good. Some were quitters and some not fertile.. hope for best
