2 m. chick-> hot legs + no balance

I posted this in another thread but didn't get much response, my 2 month old chick was pecked in the head by my duck and had a small sore, now she has bad balance and her legs are hot. She seems to be getting worse, it has been a week now. She is active and eating, otherwise healthy. Can I give her anything to help? I feel bad for her because the other two chickens get to go outside and she can't because the wind. I have given her Pedialyte but idk what else to do to help her.
