Blame that on me. Do you have any suggestions on how to write that better?

I'd write it to be more straightforward, e.g. mention that the artwork must be created by the person handling the account, or some other means of stipulating originality. I'd also go into more detail if you don't want people to trace, etc. Otherwise it's good with just that.
