Well, it is now officially 2016 here!

Nope. I pulled off a little of the white membrane stuff there stuck to his beak, and he pushed it under the shell. He pipped, I looked at him, and a few minutes later he hit it really hard and kept hitting till it fell off.

Congrats on all the chicks!!

My Serama chick made it out a bit ago and I have a few silkies in progress. Looks like I have more than one silkie turned around though. I hope some chicks will be out by morning! I told them I would try to get up early.

Can you hatch bantams and regular sized chicken together and keep them together?

They usually do fine together, just make sure the smaller chicks aren't getting picked on.

It's 11:23 Here, I've got 3 pips, two somewhere between 6-8, and the third one in front of my eyes at 8:48. They are peeping away but haven't made any more progress.
