post got real quiet today... guess everyone is hungover or enjoying the new babies!

I'm sitting back here like, hey we go into lock down at 2000 tonight!

I'm SO FREAKING EXCITED!

Won't be long now!

I put chicks in the brooder. My husband looked at them and said, "It's amazing that just three weeks ago they would have been breakfast."

He has a good point

have chicks in shells peeping others out and fluffy, removed the peep with the cord still to
shell tied and cut placed back in seems to be active... others just being peeps

Total hatched for December 102 chicks, still got last batch for the 8th another 39 eggs.

It's gotten much worse in a short time. It looks very inflamed now. I will probably cull it very soon. Not really how I wanted to start the new year.

This is a long shot, but is it possible to push it in?
