A century of Turkey talk 2000-2100.

Keep your starter in the fridge when you have to go long periods without feeding. Please trust me, it will be fine. I am not the best sourdough starter tender. It is very forgiving and pretty hardy.
It is in the fridge it just doesn’t get fed like at all. It’s just, it’s been over half a year where a week or two of feeding has been skipped regularly.
I just think it should be thrown out so I can get a new one.
Anyway, back to turkeys, lol

Just feed it and give it a chance. Watch Ben Starr on YouTube. Your starter is absolutely fine.

About turkeys, I had about a 70% hatch rate on my turkey poults that just hatched. I'm happy with that.

Can't get these turkeys to use this shed any other time of the year except spring. And now they all want to be in here. Will set these eggs this evening. :D
