I am leaning towards pullet. I don't see the pointy saddle feathers that it would have by now. Or much longer tail feathers. I attached a pic of my cockerel. The rest you see in the pic are all pullets.

The only Easter egger breed standard is that it lays a colored egg. It can look like a turkey and will be an Easter egger with a green or blue egg.

And she is definitely a hen

Edit * title is 20 weeks, not 20 months.
Looks like a cockerel waddle and comb, but has the body and down of a pullet. I am going with pullet.

That is a pullet. It would be crowing by now if it were a cock. Probably going to lay soon, based on comb and wattle color.
