I think I got some decent pics of the comb and with him standing next to my Americauna roo but I can't get my computer to cooperate so I will have to post them later.

He is about 7 inches tall or so (haven't measured exactly but guessing) and yes, his wattle and comb look to have been cut off.

I'm sorry, but that bird in no way resembles an Asil. Most likely some sort of OEGB variation.

he is a dubbed black breasted red old english game bantam. most have left out a part of dubbing. to dub a bird like this means you remove most of the comb (if you look at single combed breeds there is a natural line that is used as a guideline), the ear lobs (the flesh around the ears), and the wattles. he looks like his comb was cut way to close to his head as well.
