I've been putting ACV in my three 5-weeks olds' water since we got them at 2 days old. I've read somewhere on here that some people do not do that ALL the time, just a week or so each month. I also put it in my dogs' water, and my budgie's water. Is there a reason why I shouldn't give it to my animals ALL the time?

I've read several articles where it mentioned you can add the ACV all the time. Since it is only, what, one or two tablespoons to a gallon anyway, I don't see that it hurts and it is very healthful.

ACV (the organic kind with the Mother in it) is good for your birds. It contains probiotics, it's good for all animals and people too. It also helps in warm weather to keep the waterer from getting slimy as fast. I use it pretty much everyday. (sometimes I forget to take it out with me)

Do not ever put it in a metal container. And you can add 1 TBS per gallon of water.
