Anyone else having problems E-Filing?

We've never had a problem before this year.

a) it keeps checking k-12 schooling expenses, which we don't have, no matter how many times I uncheck it.
b) H&R Block doesn't have form 8880 ready yet which retirement plans need to file... it says after mid-Jan it should be ready, but it's already past that date...


Is anyone else having problems?
