Are these wheaten marans & what gender are they?

They're all Starlight Green Eggers then sadly Their variety is wrong and they have yellow skin

He had black chicks ready to check out and I called and told him I wasn't sure bc sometimes the SGEs look black, too. So we went ahead and trusted the employee... One of many mistakes that were clearly made here.
