I desided to do a 7 DAY RAW DETOX. I'm going to florida in 38 days!
and I have to look my best, and feel my best. So, I was wondering if BYC buddies would like to sign up.
If you break the seven day detox you're out, and can't be the winner.
But..... If you complete the 7 DAY RAW FOOD diet then you are one of the winners. Which is kind of a win win.

No way, you just need to stay with the rules on what not to eat. So no diet plan
*What if I eat something out of the rules?*
You will be DQ.
*How long?*
One week, starting Monday. (today)
*How do I sign up?*
Just PM me and I'll put you on the list below. Also include your favorite color, because I'll put your name in that color.

1. Not eat anything cooked over 100 degress.
2. No fried foods.
3. No diary, or meat.
4. Nothing rosted, packaged, or proccessed.
5. Pretty much only fruits, vegetables, and raw nuts! (NOT ROSTED)
