Arkansas folks speak up.........

LOL Great Post.  All he would have to do is add some silkie and really make sure they look alien because I think full-blooded silkies (as adults) look like creatures from a Sci-Fi movie.

Hello, everyone!  Long time off here.  Good to talk to everyone again.

Glad to have you back! Back into chickens yet?

If you add Silkie to that mix you get “Showgirls”. Exposed neckline and wearing a hat and a boa. People actually breed those. I don’t know what would happen if you also add frizzle to the mix. Phyllis Diller?

That would be cool, but I don't like Silkies, look like Fluffy buzzards to me.

LOL  I hadn't thought about the showgirl, I was just thinking crazy Polish with naked neck and this adding silky feathering/shape on top.  Ewww!!!!  I'm one of those that just doesn't like naked necks.  The completely featherless creatures that Dr. Bramwell have disturbed me for weeks after one tour.

Naked Neck, I love but I can handle those totally naked ones.

Naked Beck, I live but I can handle those totally naked ones.

Still featherless unfortunately! Weather like this I really miss sitting outside and watching them run crazy. I did appreciate not having to get up before work and thaw waterers.

Appears that 3 out of my 4 Copper Marans are cockerels. I can't have them here. Free for anyone that wants them. 2- Black Copper Marans and 1 - Blue Copper Maran. We are east of Springdale. Message or post if interested.

Its proving to be as difficult as learning how to raise Chickens.

I'm so glad I found this website.
