This is the bred that my family eats!
are you making your own sourdough starter for the bread. My boss is doing that right now. Haven't had the time to get around to it myself yet.
Made some simple white bread to take with us before work today. It was busy tonight at work. Happy to be taking a break tomorrow. I ended up cutting another 4 loaves of bread for service. Finally home and back up for brunch in 6 hours :)

nice, 4 year old yeast and still going strong. I'll see about putting a demo together once I get mine going.
