Hey, late last week and over the weekend we had some ring neck pheasants hatch. All hatched well, except for two that could not walk. One of them got better after a couple days and now is doing just as well as the others, but the other is not. I tried tapping its toes straight because it had curled toes. The toes are now pretty straight but he still can’t walk. I’m wondering what’s wrong? If he will get better? Can I do anything to help? I’ll try to post a video of him walking

Would be best to cull. It will never be able to walk, take care of it's self.
Did it take a long time to hatch, get out of the shell? This is usually the cause for such deformities. Sorry I don't have a happier answer :(
