I'd been thinking a different bo X ee mix crossed with partridge Plymouth rock (he had a pea comb). Chia, the middle one doesn't have the build of the hamburg. Out of 7 babies last year, only 1 did NOT have the build.

The hamburg: Cheetah

When Chia starts laying, I may have a better idea on her parentage.
It looks like Chia has the rose comb gene (so she either has a rose or a walnut comb) which means one of her parents would have to have a rose or walnut comb. Also, Plymouth rocks don’t have pea combs, so you may have had a partridge chantecler or a different partridge breed.

Pear, my partridge rock has a straight comb. Chia had been looking like a pea comb, which Kren (now in stew pot) had.

Kren.

I have a hard time telling pea and Rose comb apart on chicks, usually until they're big enough to be mostly feathered out. Life got in the way. Haven't been able to spend much time around them (in the last 3 weeks) until tonight, when I wasn't looking. A Hamburg x partridge rock is possible. Now I'm wondering more about Enigma (named because none of the combo options make sense)

Tuff is the cockerel in the background, another mix (the bo x ee crossed with likely a bo for the mother with likely Whiskey as the father)
