Best Incubator Thermometer

I have been looking for a thermometer that will give an accurate temp of an egg. Checking the same model in the store shows different readings, so I don't want them.
Medical ones tend to to show the highest temp, not for continuous use.
Has anyone found a really good thermometer?

I use an ACU*RITE with a probe. It has been the most realiable for me.
