Is that five blues and one black? Very cute!

It's 2 blues,3 splash and one black there was one other blue but for some reason she didn't make it through the night. The lil tufts are so cute!

I went to a registered Blue A breeder today, and picked up two chicks with my kids. The darker is supposed to be a purebread BLue Amer, and the lighter is a splash. Could anyone confirm if that's accurate? Also, they both have rounded feathers so I assume their hens right?

Yes the chicks that are more yellow are splash for sure and the other is definitely a blue.

These are a few I hatched a few weeks ago, I'm the pic with 2 chicks can anyone tell me what color the one on the left is I know the others are splash one black and one blue but that one looks strange.

Hey Ameraucana folks--I'm in southern Oregon and looking for a splash cockerel. If you have or know of one, please PM me! Prefer 4 months or older, but will consider a younger bird. He just needs to be from good blue egg genes, please.

Questioning if this BA is a rooster? Compared to my other one the feathers seem to be forming some pretty intense rooster quality saddle feathers. Anyone agree with me or is it to early to tell

Can you get a close up of its comb? It us probably to early to tell

It's comb seems raised more than the one I believe is a hen
