We have more babies today! 5/7 that I can see. I’m going to move babies and momma to their own coop this afternoon. I will get more photos then! Here’s a few pictures of the new babies from this morning. Thank you all so much

Looks to be a bluish mix, or a breed in not familar with. Sapphire gem-ish

I had seen Dolly's picture, and also the picture of her beautiful brown eggs. But if Dolly's breed was stated, then I missed that. I thought she might be a Sapphire Gem, which is a breed I haven't yet had. Whatever Dolly's breed, I am interested in getting some future little Dollys of my own.

Sorry for the late response. I purchased dolly as a cuckoo maran chick. She ended up blue, and I was confused. I thought maybe she was a blue copper maran, but she lacked the copper color and feathered feet. Then I thought sapphire gem. Once her babies hatched, I noticed half had feathered feet.. they (the black ones) also look like cuckoo maran chicks, more so than Dolly did. Long story short- I don’t know. Maybe a blue cuckoo maran. That’s why I was so eager to have her chicks. I wouldn’t know how to find another dolly because I don’t know what breed to look for. I think she is a type of maran.
