Where is the bill? Moisten the membrane. I can't really see anything. Is it still alive?

The bill was where that black mark is, this one is doing very well. The three were shrink wrapped. I spoke with a local poultry person who does this and he guided me to assist.

The one in the original photo is bottom left, he's wiggled his foot out now.

The other white one is doing well too now, I'm keeping their membrane moist and waiting.

The one on the top she was upside down, we got to her in time to help her not suffocate but she is who I am most concerned about
