DL, glad you're getting your roof done!

Almost... I ran out of underlayment on the other side and had to tarp it.
AND an 8/12 pitch is significantly steeper than a 5/12 pitch. I slid three times and gave myself a heart attack! I couldn't finish the underlayment even if I had it on the far side because I HAVE to get on the roof to reach it.
I am going to go to the local sporting goods store and get a pair of skate shoes. And borrow the neighbors safety harness and tie myself off before attempting to finish the addition.
I'm dead beat and am resting for a bit before I take the dogs for the run they didn't get this morning.

Oh. Funny story...
As I was dragging tarps around the yard to fold them, I kept hearing a crunching/shooshing sound coming from the chicken pen. I went over to the fence and as Fabio started walking up to me, I noticed he had a large dried up oak leaf skewered to his left spur! :lol:
