California-Southern

I' m looking for a light brahma rooster, and a silver laced Wyandotte rooster ... I'll be at the meet up tomorrow... I'll be taking some gamel' s quail, Italian golden Coturnix quail, some rooster that need a forever home... Not for eating lol only the quail could be somebody's dinner...
That looks like a nice list... See you tomorrow!

You are all cordially invited to the first Annual (Maybe) Lake Elsinore, CPP/BYC South meet-up. The date is November 15 and the location will be at Lakepoint Park, at 420 E Lakeshore Dr Lake Elsinore, CA. 92530. Starts at 10am until dusk. There are trees, a playground, restrooms, and a limited amount of picnic tables w/bbq's (3 in the area). Plenty of parking, but will have to make an aprox 100 yard walk. The spot is overlooking the lake and the weather should be perfect. So come one, come all and tell a friend and pack a picnic lunch.
Feel free to add what you're looking for or what you want to bring. And please share the tread. Any questions, PM me... Thanks...

From the extremely exhausted desk at the Crazy H-bar Ranch;
All I can say is WOW! What a long, but fun day it was. Seeing old friends again and meeting new ones. It really amazes me to read posts from my friends here of the troubles and difficulties they are going through day to day, then see them at these meet ups and their spirits are lifted by those FB friends they see again. The people in this group, new and old are simply awesome. I want to give huge thank you's to Helton Hay & Feed and DeJongs Dairy for the donations and the others who donated. I am terrible with names as I confuse them with FB/BYC aliases and I wish I could thank each and every one of the 1237 people that came out today, so here goes.... Thank you, you, and you, both of you guys, oh and you, and you, and that guy, you know who you are.... Seriously, all of you guys and gals are great, Gladys, for the BYC charms, Susan for just being You, Bea's,Sherry, Trish, and a special thanks to Lois from BYC for the rice hulls and Lisa Fey for getting them here. I didn't mean to forget anyone as I was "Shaking hands and Kissing Babies". I want to think my wife Tammy who woke up early this morning to help me, along with my kids Kelsey andAaron who made several wagon trips back and forth. I truly have the bestest family who help support our endeavors. There were 3 things that I learned today; Firstly, There were a few people there today that are in serious need of intervention, ie, Julie. lol Secondly, If you can correctly pronounce some of the breeds of chickens that were here today, Julie andTrish...Please see the first! Thirdmost, I am starting a new semi annual service business called; Wicks Wagon Wentals.... $1.00 for each, there and back or $5.00 for each trip that I help with. lol My back and feet are killing me. So, not to put any pressure on anyone..... Keep March 28, 2015 open on your calendar....Just a hint!

Free to a good home...7 to 8 month old French Crevecoeur roo. Good looking bird but a bit flighty. Hasn't figured out how to treat the ladies. His name is Wewe and the name fits him believe me. Not sure if he's 100% Crevecoeur but I haven't seen any other traits as far as I can tell. He would be good for someone trying to build the breed back up. There very rare.

I only have a couple photos but will be adding more in a few days.
