I'm in Northern San Diego County, in a little hidden pocket of rural homes that fall within Escondido borders. We have almost an acre, which is enough to keep us very busy! Anyone else in the area?

Hi there! Just wanted to tell you that I love your name! @SoCalClucker ! We have a similar set up as you except we're in the Santa Clarita valley. Couple of hours from you near Magic Mountain. If you remember hearing about the Sand Fire last summer… well that was my neighborhood. We've got an acre too which our girls love to roam. Anyway… welcome this site has SO much useful information! Hi all, does anyone know of a vet in LA that will see chickens? I have called tons and have no luck. Having such a weird issue with one of my girls that I have yet to be able to figure it out on these forums.

Hi! I am in the foothills close to pasadena, I wish we had an acre. we have Horses but they are at a Stable. Glad to have found this page

I found an exotic pet vet that will see chickens but the reviews are not very good. I was hoping someone might have a recommendation.

Hi all, does anyone know of a vet in LA that will see chickens? I have called tons and have no luck. Having such a weird issue with one of my girls that I have yet to be able to figure it out on these forums.

Dr Zambrano, based out of Stanton, has a mobile vet service, but it may be too expensive for her to bring her RV to you. I'd message her to see if she will reduce the fee to drive out in a car. She does not call herself an avian specialist, but she was more knowledgeable and caring than the avian specialist in my city. She sees my dogs, cats, and chickens, and has always been great. (Rabbits, too.)
