Thanks so much! I'd like to keep the whole project less than $200.
I am still considering converting a dog enclosure I already have into a coop, but it's working out how to best adapt it to be weather proof at one end that is the problem.

Like all the other prefab coops and runs they are junk. Your better off building something under that deck if it is water proof.

I agree..not worth half of what they sell for.

The area in your picture looks like it is perfect for a run. You could put a 'coop' inside that fencing!
