yea only thing is we been selling off land to we never used, it was a great investment, only reason we are considring this land is it borders the front of the land we have kept, there is another parcle next to it we wanted years ago but they wanted way to much for it as it is under woods and brush also , now that they have passed we might end up trying for that also if the price is right , that place is next to the cat place and mine
