Everything in these posts sounds delicious. If I have a favorite, it's probably one of the blues. One of my least faborites is regular old yellow cheddar, and yet I love Vermont white cheddar.
When I was a kid, my father always had a little Liederkranz around. Of course, at first I thought it was awful, but ate some at times as I grew older. (It's similar to limburger, if you're not familiar.) I believe I'd love it now. I haven't seen any for sale since I moved south, half a lifetime ago, and I've looked.
