I guess this thread got forgotten. Anyone else want to share their cochins? I'm looking forward to adding a few more next year both standard and bantam. They do well here in our cold Wisconsin winters.

My bantam mottled cochin, she was 13 weeks here, she's now almost 16 weeks. I only have 1 cochin, we can only have 4 chickens in the city. I have 5, lol. 3 bantam EEs and a bantam Polish.

She's gorgeous. I have 4 mottled pullets, 1 hen and 4 little roosters in my 2 flocks. I love the color.

He looks more mottled than splash? I haven't seen one with black. I'm no expert though. Some of my mottled boys are more white like yours. Either way he's so adorable.

That's so cool. I didn't know that was a possible color. That's the best thing about the breed, the variety they come in.

I just got back from the dixie classic in knoxville TN which was the eastern national show for Cochins International. I got RV Lf white, 1st LF black cockerel, 1st and 2nd Lf black hen in the JR show
