i would like tips for building cold climate coop. we are talking -30 degrees celsius (-22 degrees Fahrenheit for you from the US ). i was thinking if it is possible to convert a playhouse to a winter coop. we also have some room in a shed that could be possibly converted to a coop. i would like to know about the heating , ventilation and insulating. any help is welcome. thank you in advance!

No heating no insulation. Good ventilation. It's recommended that you have no drafts. Humidity is what you need to keep minimal in cold weather.
When the natural air humidity is high it's hard to do anything about it besides open the coop more.
I actually had some naked necks in a makeshift 'hoop coop' sorta, dog kennel wrapped with tarps with pretty much one completely open side. Down around zeroF with -10-20 F below windchill some nights. They did just fine no frostbite.
