So I got the A-frame coop from my friend ($100) and it is a bit small and has little room for nesting boxes. But I built my "white trash' coop from scavenged materials and it looks like I can easily attach the green, nesting area to the A-frame. I can also attach my run (see white run in top pic) for more area outside. Likely I can also attach the white (Ice cream) area to the coop if I decide to get a few more chicks. Otherwise, it can become a doghouse.
Chicks are growing like weeds and I can't wait to get them outside for a bit once the weather warms and these howling winds die down.
