not sure you have an ap downloaded that lets you add text to images?

what brand cell do you have? what ap center do you get your aps from?

I am sure someone can take your info and do it for you or just quote the image put your words at the bottom that is fine as well.... but I can or someone else can when we get time...

There is an app on the Apple App Store called "Font Candy" that I have used in the past. You can just add text to images.
